Privacy Policy

Swayro is a product of Duiverse Studio Private Limited (“Duiverse Studio,” “we,” “us”), a company based in Nepal. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information. When you register or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and, if you use Google sign-in, the basic profile information Google provides. If you sign in via magic link or password, we store your email and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).

Project data. We store the settings, scene configuration, and metadata for the video projects you create so you can return to them later. This does not include your source images or video files.

Your media stays on your device. Images and video clips you upload into the editor are processed and stored locally in your browser and are not uploaded to or retained on our servers.

Feedback. If you submit feedback through the app, we store the text and any screenshots you choose to attach.

Usage and analytics data. We use analytics and diagnostic tools, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Search Console, to understand how visitors use Swayro and to improve the product. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and on-page behavior (such as clicks and scrolling) via cookies and similar technologies. Usage and log data. Like most web services, our servers automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and timestamps) to operate securely and diagnose issues.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account, and authenticate you on sign-in
• To save and restore your projects across sessions and devices
• To respond to feedback and support requests
• To send account-related email, such as magic-link sign-in emails
• To understand product usage and improve Swayro
• To maintain the security and reliability of the service

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us run Swayro, including:

• Email delivery providers, to send transactional email such as sign-in links
• Google, if you choose to sign in with your Google account
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console, for product and site analytics
• Microsoft Clarity, for on-page behavior analytics

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Duiverse Studio, our users, or others.

Data retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects at any time from within the app. To delete your account entirely, contact us using the details below.

Your choices

You can update your account details from your account settings, and you can clear locally stored media at any time by clearing your browser's site data for Swayro. You can also control analytics cookies through your browser settings; see our Cookie Policy for details.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before making changes.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International data transfers

Duiverse Studio is based in Nepal, and some of the service providers we use (including our email, analytics, and hosting providers) may process data outside of your home country, including in the United States and European Union. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer to protect your information.

Children's privacy

Swayro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, so we do not currently change our data collection based on this signal.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and hashed credentials, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Nepal. Duiverse Studio Private Limited is based in Nepal, and Swayro operates as a product of Duiverse Studio Private Limited.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you.
